My children and I greatly enjoyed being there. the room was fantastic and huge with a sofa and jacuzzi, as expected. - the staff was very nice, providing assistance.

check in time so messy. small Lift sharing for lobby n waterpark user entrance, so it become wet area. New hotel need more improvement.

The room condition - balcony was not swept, the toilet was wet, one light bulb was not working and the air-cond unit produced a very irritating sound. All were rectified, no doubt but a little bit of proactiveness woukd have been expected.. house keeping team shoiuld ensure that facilities are in good working condition and rooms are properly cleaned before assigning them to the guests.

Had a good 2 night-stay from the moment I checked-in. the room was brand-new, huge, it had a kitchen area and an iron. - the staff were very-very nice and courteous, their services were excellent. - the setting was particularly good, close to the water park especially for children and the grocery shop.

The water theme park was good....my son really enjoyed....even me and husband enjoyed the theme park very much....

The buffet breakfast was sucks.....not enough food....we only had fried rice and fried mee.....and the room was not equipped with toiletries....no towel and floor mat....we also didn't get our baby cot....and the reception was so poor....

Smooth check-in process, brand-new rooms featuring four single beds, a jacuzzi, and a sofa; excellent variety of delicious food options available.

Not value for money.. Room given opposite to construction of new block.. Incomplete resort yet

Water park is quite fun.

Lack of market around the resort , breakfast nd improve . But I understand , the resort is quite new .

Checking in was a breeze and staff was friendly. Swimming pool was good but more could be done for the baby pool. Maybe fix few miniature fixtures for baby to sit in without toppling sideway. Breakfast was good. .

Our rooms was still dusty when we first step in & iron and ironing board should be given to each and every rooms. The sight of checking in and inhouse guest returning to their rooms from the swimming pool passing by the lobby area are quite disturbing thus creating slippery floors at the main lift area. Extra lift should be added behind the restaurant, so after swimming guest could go straight up to their rooms with wet clothes and their crying children refusing to leave the pool.

Nice and exceptionally friendly hotel in Malacca. Wonderful, fantastic room with a private bathroom and a shower, hairdryers and a bidet. Fantastic and tasty breakfasts at 9.40am. Quick check in & the service was excellent! Not to mention good wifi!

The resort is luxuriously clean and has a wonderful riverside location. the rooms come with two bathrooms, which is convenient. - the breakfast served at 9:40 am is delicious. - the staff members are friendly and helpful. - Overall, it was a decent experience.

- Staff were friendly. - we chose this hotel mainly for the water theme park. our kids enjoyed it. - the buffet breakfast was also good - had a good variety.

- We booked a 3-bedroom unit and the apartment was not cleaned properly. There were leftover potato crisps on the floor from previous guests. - upon check-in, one of the bathroom door was locked and when maintenance came to unlock the bathroom, the bathroom was in really bad & dirty condition - there were shampoo and toothpaste from previous guest and housekeeping did not clean the bathroom at all. Bidet was also broken and the hotel made no effort to replace it. - we asked for extra pillows from the front desk and the staff gave us 2 pillow without pillow case saying that they have ran out of pillowcases. - floor was dirty and dusty. clearly they did not clean the apartment before giving to us. - hotel is really far from melaka town centre, about 20 minutes drive.
